The
collection showcased by Sheila McKain-Waid was stickly business, which is a
much more toned down theme then we are used to seeing from them. Full of
blazers and skirts. The colours were toned down, as most are this season, with
deep navy’s, blacks and deep reds. The prints that were exhibited were plaid
and floral, which is something most designers stay away from since florals are
mostly showcased in the summer collections. Overall the collection didn’t
include pieces that really stood out among the other collections, however they
were all very well made pieces that would be seen on an everyday woman.
