Paul Smith’s newest womenswear collection is pretty much a
mix of everything. He blends
colour-blocking with prints, tight with loose, satin with sheer fabrics. Some may see this as a bit overwhelming, but
it does prove to be effective in one way or another.
The tailoring was well suited to the tomboy
silhouette that Smith has created with these looks. Some more mod looks were captured here with
the monochromatic blue-striped romper paired with white moccasins. My favourite look would have been the silver
pants with the arch print and the red silk button-up – very suave.
